The app is not liable for any damages or losses that may arise — whether related to information, data, or revenues, or any consequential, special, direct or indirect, exemplary, or punitive damages — resulting from the use of the service.

Shawir-Specific Policy

Information that the app user should provide via forms prepared in the app so that the "Shawir App" can serve you properly, such as your account details registered in the app (email, mobile number).

Materials uploaded to the "Shawir App" — of any form — and any data they contain that help provide accurate legal consultation.

Your precise personal information, such as national ID number, name, gender, and marital status.

2. Information we obtain

Cookies are retained for ninety (90) days, after which they are deleted automatically.

You can request destruction of your data by deleting your account in the "Shawir" app.

The "Shawir" app may modify its Privacy Policy at its sole discretion and as required by security and technical needs to protect the app and users, without prior notice. Shawir will provide users the opportunity to review the policy before any changes — if any — take effect, and users will then have the right to accept or decline them, noting that declining may prevent us from providing legal consultation services again. Users’ full rights for the period preceding the update remain preserved.
