Welcome to the Shawir app, operated by Estshr Information Technology. By using our services you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
- Company: Estshr Information Technology.
- App: The Shawir application on iOS and Android.
- User: Any person who creates an account or uses the app.
- Consultant: The licensed legal entity providing advice through the app.
2. Nature of Service
Shawir provides specialised legal-consultation services in personal status and labor cases through an instant chat with a licensed consultant. The service is advisory and does not replace formal court representation.
3. Registration & Account
- The user must provide accurate information at registration.
- The user may choose a pseudonym to preserve privacy.
- The user is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
4. Sessions & Pricing
- Sessions start at SAR 250 per 15 minutes.
- Sessions can be extended every 15 minutes for an additional SAR 50.
- An official tax invoice is issued after every session.
5. Cancellation & Refund
Users may cancel a session at least 24 hours before its scheduled time and receive a full refund. No refund is granted after the session has started.
6. User Obligations
- Not using the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Respecting the consultant and refraining from abusive language.
- Providing accurate information about the requested consultation.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual-property rights for the app, including the logo, design and content, are owned by Estshr Information Technology.
8. Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and material changes will be communicated to the user.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in Riyadh shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
